The Terms of Agreement will be confirmed prior to project initiation and will be adhered to by respective parties on a per client, per contract basis.

Prices for customised training will be discussed and confirmed with each client per contract and will depend on client's specific training requirements, time-frame and budget.

Customised and generic training will be designed to the highest standard of learning and technical design in order to meet client's training needs. However, there maybe factors beyond ViaSynergy's control that will impact on learners' ability to achieve the specific learning objectives of set modules and therefore ViaSynergy cannot be held accountable for reduced training effectiveness in these situations.
